Sec. seven. The Secretary on the Treasury, in consultation With all the Secretary of State as well as Attorney General, is hereby approved to take these actions, including the promulgation of procedures and rules, also to employ all powers granted into the President by IEEPA and UNPA as could be needed to perform the applications of this order.Donâ
